Description
Variety 100% Tempranillo. Produced from a careful selection of bunches from our oldest vines. Fermentation is strictly controlled and the wine is then transferred to French oak barriques where malolactic fermentation then takes place. Once the whole process is complete the wine remains in the barriques for about 20 months where it start to age and lastly it is bottled where it will acquire its round flavour. Complex nose where it is easy to distinguish aromas of red fruits over an elegant hint of fine wood. Tasty, tannic, with a powerful, expressive, fruity finish.
